Brand new CB radio with alot of noise ground loop?

Are your wires hooked up correctly?Black is ground,orange is constant hot and red is accessory.Your cb stays on because it will find the ground going through the antenna.You can also get a noise suppressor,any local audio shop should keep them instock.
