The song Billy Jean -- not my son--Aunt Jemima- not your mama- Aunt Jamima holding a dead baby with bloody knife behind her back. government forced the changed knife for guns and the bloody white baby to white glove (white baby boy was removed and white glove put in its place). widely exhibited. "The Liberation of Aunt Jemima" and it was made in 1972. forced change 1982 The artwork remembered had a knife, a bloody white baby, and supposedly displayed motivationally at a meeting hall. So much controversy came up that the artist was forced to remove the work from the meeting hall. Hence, the members and artist refused, in addition defiantly replaces the baby with a white glove. This was approved and remained on display. The excitement continued when Mr. Michael Jackson on track started the song Billy Jean with his hand behind his back, (right hand posed as holding the knife, and gun) the left hand wearing the white glove crowned in jewels. Symbolizing “the call to action” The action that the oppressed people must take to attain wealth and overcome the oppressors by babies. The main factor is it was originally displayed in a meeting hall. Possibly the Black Panthers or NAACP was the organization. Does that sound like this same work or is it another?
